Impact Report: Education & Social Welfare

(FY 2025–26)

Empowering students in government schools with technological skills through fully functional digital labs equipped with computers, internet, and comprehensive curriculum.During the 2025–26 academic year, our Education and Digital Literacy Initiatives made significant strides in connecting rural students with modern educational opportunities, positively affecting over 1,200 learners. We established a Digital Literacy Lab at ZPHS Janwada and provided intensive after-school coaching through the "Learning Beyond School" program at Subhani Nagar, benefiting 150 targeted students. These efforts resulted in a 23% increase in attendance and academic performance gains of up to 13%.

Additionally, we implemented critical infrastructure improvements to enhance the learning environment for nearly 200 students. This included constructing restrooms and installing drinking water facilities at both MPPS Hanuman Nagar and MPUPS Urdu Medium School, restoring classrooms at MPUPS Urdu Medium School in Shankarpally, rejuvenating the playground at MPPS Hanuman Nagar, and providing 23 new school benches at MPUPS Urdu Medium School in Shankarpally.

Moreover, we offered targeted support for students preparing for board exams through the "Snack N Learn" program, which produced impressive outcomes, including a 100% pass rate at ZPHS Garla. This highlights the importance of combining nutritional and material support as essential factors in achieving academic excellence.

Our Social Welfare and Livelihood Projects have made a profound impact, restoring dignity and financial independence to over 600 women and their families. Through Project Silverline, we witnessed an impressive 170% expansion, empowering 40 women to embark on their journeys of sustainable micro-entrepreneurship with the support of mentored startup capital.

In tandem with these initiatives, our unwavering commitment to food security and disaster resilience shone brightly during challenging times. We provided essential monthly groceries to 200 women, and following the devastating Montha cyclone, we extended a lifeline in the form of emergency relief to 101 families, ensuring they had the support needed to recover.

Additionally, we took special care of our 20 elderly women beneficiaries through Venkats ASSIST Care, offering them not just secure housing, but also access to vital medical facilities and nourishing meals. Our efforts extended further with the introduction of sustainable water solutions, including the installation of borewells that now serve 250 families through each borewell. Together, these initiatives have woven a holistic ecosystem of support, fostering resilience and nurturing hope within the community.

2025-26: A Landmark Year of Transformation

The 2025-26 period has been a defining chapter for our organization. Through three strategic pillars—Edify, Elevate, and Amplify—we have moved beyond simple aid to create lasting, systemic change.

  • Project Edify: We prioritized the future by bridging the educational divide. By addressing critical academic gaps and holistic student needs, we ensured that every learner had the resources, mentorship, and support required to excel.

  • Project Elevate: This initiative served as our shield for the vulnerable. We provided monthly nutritional security for single women and established a Sanctuary for the Elderly, offering a life of dignity, quality healthcare, and a haven. From the immediate urgency of flood relief to the long-term gift of clean water through borewell installations, Elevate brought hope where it was needed most.

  • Project Amplify: We empowered women to transition from beneficiaries to business owners. By combining revolving credit with intensive entrepreneurship sessions, we provided the financial oxygen and professional expertise necessary for them to claim their independence.

"True impact is not measured by the relief we provide today, but by the independence we foster for tomorrow. When we uplift a student, a senior, or an entrepreneur, we aren't just changing a life—we are strengthening the fabric of our entire community."
